a) Depending on whether we are full partners or not some details will be different but many will remain the same: First of all we will need to understand what you, as an investor (purchaser of a property), are looking for and under which circumstances it would be interesting (read profitable) to do
business in Costa Rica.
b) When knowing what kind of property we need to look for, we do
our utmost to find that perfect match. When finding properties which
could meet our needs, we do a title check, look for hidden claims
etc. When the property matches our needs and is free of any claims,
we can then,
c) Meet with the seller(s) of the property to start negotiations.
d) When a property has been purchased it depends on your preference
as an investor whether to continue working through Bridging Worlds
Realty. Of course we can also offer to (1) help you with finding the
right architects, (2) lawyers, (3) request building permits, (4) investigate
environmental consequences of setting up a project, (5) up to supervising
the whole project.
e) Taking care of the marketing and sales of the houses/apartments built.
f) Next to working for you, Bridging Worlds Realty also participates in development projects itself by becoming a partner within the projects.
